How long are sessions?
However long you need! I do not like to put a time constraint on our time together because your needs comes first and you cannot put a time limit on getting to the root of your health!
What if i can’t afford your services, but need help?
Reach out to me! I want to help people above all else; it is why I became a nutritionist! My mission is to restore people hope in their health and I will work with you to figure out a price point, payment plan, or discount that works for you!
What do I get with each service?
With each service, you will receive full access to one-on-one time with me, the ability to contact me with any need or health question along our journey, and a plethora of resources throughout our sessions, customized notes to recap our sessions and resources discussed.
How long have you been a nutritionist?
I have been pursuing nutrition ever since 2018 when I realized that it could heal beyond what we thought possible. I immediately switched my major from the medical field to nutrition. I went on to receive my bachelor’s of science in Nutrition from Texas A&M. I then pursued becoming a certified holistic nutritionist and then a board certified holistic health practitioner. I have been running my own practice since 2021.
